BIOGRAPHY
Mary Asante-Asamoah is the founder of Family Business Hub and host of the Family Business Diaries podcast. She is dedicated to empowering family businesses in Ghana and beyond.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience as Executive Director of her family’s business, Mary possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in family-owned enterprises.
A dynamic speaker and thought leader, Mary shares her insights on various platforms, contributing to the broader discourse on family business success.
Mary holds an Executive MBA from Lancaster University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also has a project management certificate and has completed various executive development programs in ESG, Strategic Management, Corporate Leadership, Corporate Planning and Budgeting, Effective HR Strategies for Business Growth, Quality Management among others.
She is currently the Vice Chair of the Ghana Chamber of Mines, Affiliate Committee, a board member of Ahaspora Professional Network, a member of Women in Mining Ghana and the Executive Women’s Network.
