BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Mansour, and expert on geopolitics and international affairs has an extensive and diverse experience. For nearly 15 years he served at Israel’s National Security Council. In his last role, he headed the Middle East and Africa Division (2015-2019). During his term, Dr. Mansour had a key role in various international diplomatic negotiations with regional players and was an integral part of forming new diplomatic relations between Israel and other countries.
Dr. Mansour holds a Ph.D. in political science from Haifa University and up until recently was a fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security and CEO of the newly established Israel-Africa Relations Institute.
